Vincent Deschamps

Vincent Deschamps has been a successful CEO for early and growth stage venture funded companies, and a GM, VP Sales, and CMO for large public companies. His expertise is providing business solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients with a deep knowledge of the financial services, technology, consumer and pharmaceutical industries. Vin has spent his career introducing new products and solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients including mini computers, the PC, Voice Mail, Unified Communications and cloud SAAS services. He has extensive contacts with enterprise clients at the CIO level as well as with executives in companies providing software and hardware to the F500. Echopass was acquired in November 2013 by Genesys Labs which is owned by Permira, a leading private equity firm. Prior to Echopass, Deschamps was vice president of sales for AccessLine, where he led that company's successful efforts in the hosted mobility services market, most notably developing a key relationship with Hewlett-Packard. Previously he served as general manager/vice president for Avaya's worldwide Unified Communications line of business where he developed the business strategy, go-to-market plan, and sales efforts for Avaya's market-leading Unified Messaging product line. Vin holds a B.A. in marketing and economics from C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University, New York.


David Tso

David Tso has successfully developed startups and large companies into segment leaders through product innovation, strategic differentiation, cost optimization, and operational execution.  He has developed and delivered cloud, on-premise, and hybrid solutions for B2B and B2C markets.   David has grown alliances globally with channel partners, system integrators, technology and service providers that grew sales and market access. He has implemented acquisitions through all stages of strategic and corporate development.  His approach is to promote purpose and positive outcomes through teamwork, integrity, and collaboration.   David was Senior Vice President Strategy and Products of Echopass Corporation, a pioneer cloud provider of customer experience solutions. He led the company’s strategy, products and services, in building Echopass to become the leader in the markets where it competed. Echopass was acquired in November 2013 by Genesys Labs, a Permira private equity company. Following this, David was Vice President of Product and Strategy for Genesys, where he led product development, integrated acquisitions, and led the technical sales team focused on mid-size and large enterprise customers. Before Echopass David held corporate strategy, business development, and product management leadership roles at Avaya Inc. David holds a M.S. in engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and attended the executive finance management program at Wharton.


Bruce Pollock

Bruce Pollock has prepared hundreds of private company common stock valuations.  Mr. Pollock has served as the chief financial officer for several high technology companies, including public companies Avanex Corporation, Walker Interactive Systems Inc. and VMX, Inc and private companies WaveSplitter Technologies, Opcom and Reel.com.  He is the founder of Enterprise Valuations Inc. Bruce’s industry experience includes telecommunications systems, enterprise software, Internet commerce, software as a service, optical components and subsystems and wireless software and infrastructure.  He has extensive experience in corporate finance (including venture capital financing, private equity and IPOs) as well as mergers and acquisitions, having negotiated and closed numerous M&A transactions, both as a buyer and a seller. Bruce holds a B.S. from the University of Washington, an MBA from the Haas School of Business (UC Berkeley) and a JD degree from Boalt Hall Law School (UC Berkeley). He is a member of the California Bar (inactive) and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).


Marnie Nuttall

Marnie Nuttall has more than 20 years of accounting and financial leadership experience in public and private companies. Marnie has extensive expertise in corporate finance, venture financing, financial controls, productivity improvement, and streamlining financial operations. Before joining helpUwin, Marnie was Chief Financial Officer for Echopass Corporation which was acquired by Genesys Labs in November 2013. Before this she was Financial Advisor for Axis41 and CFO for Assist Cornerstone Technologies which was acquired by Titan Corporation. Marnie has performed extensive work with companies in providing financial modeling and analysis, business transformation, internal controls, and cash management with a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency and financial growth. Marnie has been instrumental in raising multiple rounds of equity and debt as well as positioning, evaluating and recommending exit scenarios to Board of Directors. Marnie is a licensed CPA and holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Utah.


Lucille Ueltzen Anderson

Lucille Ueltzen Anderson is an experienced leadership team and organization development consultant with over 25 years of expertise helping small and large companies improve their organization’s performance and leadership capabilities. Her expertise in team development and individual coaching have been implemented by global and startup companies as core elements of the organization’s business strategy. Lucille has held leadership development positions with private and public organizations through her career including the roles of Leader for Workforce and Succession Planning at Apple Computer, Director of Organization and Executive Development for Octel Communications, as Leadership Consultant for the County of Monterey, and as the Leader of training and development for Varian Systems. Lucille holds a MBA from San Jose State University and an MA in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University.


Kate Deschamps

Kate Deschamps founded and has led the growth of her own consulting firm providing accounting software solutions and systems along with financial advice to professional corporations. Kate currently serves as Secretary and is a member of the Board of Directors of Bumblebee Marketing Services, Inc.  Previously, Kate served as Vice President of Finance for M&T Publishing, a company that published Dr. Dobb’s Journal as well as other technology publications located in the San Francisco Bay area. Before this Kate was Western Region Manager of internal accounting for KPMG Main Hurdman, a CPA firm (now part of KPMG) and worked in their New York and Chicago offices. Kate has business degrees in Accounting and Finance.


Randy Kehrberg

Randy Kehrberg is an experienced executive search consultant with over 16 years of expertise helping small and large Silicon Valley technology companies build and improve their leadership teams for growth and change. His expertise in finding, engaging and closing executives for both early and growth stage companies in the Mobility, Cloud, Saas, Networking, Location and the Services sectors are a core element of his client organization’s business strategy. Randy has held sales, business development and market development leadership positions with private and public organizations through his career including the roles of VP of Sales and Channels with Octel, Sr. Director of Global Business Development with Lucent, NAM roles with IBM, and ROLM. Randy has also spent a number of years in the transportation industry with United in their automation and sales group, and in manufacturing. He holds BA in Economics and Communications from Ripon College and attended the Executive International Business Program at Thunderbird University, part of Arizona State’s graduate program.
