helpUwin was co-founded by David Tso and Vin Deschamps to provide a uniquely differentiated framework to help business leaders win, grow, and succeed. We believe that leaders in all companies across all industries can benefit from our 6 business fundamentals so we have provided a great deal of our content on our website to enable the reader to gain a better understanding of what things are critical to winning. We encourage everyone who reads our content to provide us with their feedback, and we encourage those who are not yet in a position to engage us directly to embrace what we have created as we are truly committed to help you win!

Vin and David have worked collaboratively for the past 15+ years managing a business unit for Lucent Technologies, spinning off that business unit to create Avaya, and together with our other partners in HelpUWin made Echopass Corporation the market leader in Cloud services as well as a great financial success for the investors, the team, and the employees as we merged Echopass with Genesys in late 2013. For most of 2014 David and Vin successfully engaged with companies in three different industries to apply and fine tune our 6 business fundamentals to help them win. The results confirmed our framework and our business model so we formally launched HelpUWin in November 2014.

Integrity: The words honesty and integrity are often interchanged and their meanings are very similar. We see integrity as the highest rung, it is the only thing we have that cannot be taken from us, it must be voluntarily given up. We believe integrity in an individual and in a company is the most important quality to possess and to preserve. Tell the truth!

Fairness: We speak of fairness as a foundation for decision making and how to treat others. Fairness is treating your customers, your employees, your partners, and your shareholders with the same respect, the same measure, and judgment. Make the right decision!

Communication: Communication internal and external at helpUwin is open, honest, safe and respectful. The more we communicate the better!
